Frequently Asked Questions
Yes all standard Visa, Mastercard, Debit Cards and Mobile Wallets are accepted, but not AMEX or Diners Club.
Sorry but we currently only vaccinate private influenza vaccines. We can fill you script, but check with the amazing local GP Clinics for the injection.
The majority of medications we need to order can be received the next morning IF ordered before 12:30pm Lunchtime on weekdays. (Public Holidays can affect this)
However there are some medications with complicated processes, so ask if unsure (usually patients will know from experience)

We can dispense your escript from your SMS QR code or Active Script List (some apps make them hard to open, but we can help you in-store)

If you require Medication packing into weekly blisters to help manage your dosing ask us instore
Magazines
Newspapers might be impossible to get in Roxby, but MAGAZINES, we have plenty. Do you need a regular monthly ordered and put away for you?
Helium & Party Supplies
We keep a vast range of balloons, foil numbers, decorations, wrapping paper and thousands of cards.
(Instore Helium can take some time, so if it's more than a couple of balloons please prebook at least a day in advance)
Health Condition Treatment
From cold & flu, allergy, antifungals, quit smoking, eye-care, ear-care, weight-management, therapeutic skincare through to lice treatment, sport-strapping and first-aid supplies we keep a wide range and the advice to match
Toys and Giftware
From Pokemon and footy cards through to candles and diffusers we keep the usuals but also enough toys to rival Santa Claus. Get your marbles, squishies, kpop, dresses, footies and netballs. Therre's toy cars, dump trucks, barbies, plushies and gifts for babies too.
